HUGE SUCCESS!
The 2012 C. Gaylen Ackley Memorial Golf Classic benefiting Bellville Hospital Foundation was a HUGE success, surpassing all expectations! This year’s event focused on improving women’s health. Funds from the annual event were earmarked for new state-of-the-art digital mammography equipment.
The community responded! A full field of golfers enjoyed a great day of golfing and great food, drink and fellowship. Contributors who were non-golfers came out in the evening and enjoyed the live music, great food, drink and fellowship. Thanks to generous contributions from the Bluebonnet Society ($18,000) and the BGH Auxiliary’s highly successful resale shop New 2 U Resale ($25,000), the Foundation and the CGAMGC made the digital equipment possible!

Bellville General Hospital has a new direct telephone number….(979) 413-7400. Well, it’s not that new anymore, but we are still trying to get the word out that you can call departments direct now, bypassing the main switchboard. So check out the phone numbers for our various departments elsewhere on this website. We’ll still answer the old number, but one of these days it is going away and you need to make the change to the new number! Come by the business office and ask for a refrigerator magnet with the new phone number. Sometimes we give away ink pens or coolers with the new number, so stop by and see what goody you’ll get!

Main, is known for great prices and name brand merchandise!Owned and operated by the Bellville Hospital Auxiliary Volunteers, the shop offers great prices on a variety of decorative pieces, home furnishings and clothing. (Sorry, no infants or children clothing accepted or sold at the shop!) If you haven't stopped in, you need to do so! We think you'll be pleasantly surprised at our shop.
