We're proud of our family health clinic that usually gets you in to see a healthcare provider the same day you call. TMCB specializes in family medicine. From little ones with ear aches or croup to midlife concerns, back aches and chest congestion. We also offer physical exams, immunizations, X-rays, lab services and pre-employment and occupational health services.

Dr. Welton E. Hill serves as the medical director for TMCB. Physicians and a certified family nurse practitioner are the primary healthcare providers, Monday through Friday. Walk-ins and new patients are always welcome!

TMCB accepts Medicare, Medicaid and most managed care plans. Come check us out. We think you're going to like the care you receive at TMCB. Ample surface parking right outside the door too!

Helpful Information about Patient Registration and Business Office Procedures
Thank you for choosing Bellville General Hospital (BGH) for your healthcare needs. We value you as a patient and want to make sure you have a positive experience from the beginning of your service to the resolution of your account.
There are several things that we request of each patient.  They are:

• Please have your doctor’s orders with you when you come to register;
• Make sure the doctor has marked the test he/she wants done on your referral;
• Please make sure your orders have a “REASON” filled in for your test or exam;
• If you have insurance or Medicare/Medicaid, please bring your card or proof with you so we can verify the information; and
• When you arrive at the hospital, please present your orders at the registration window in the lobby area.

Paying for Medical Services
Whether you or a family member have recently received medical treatment from the Emergency Room, as a surgery outpatient, had lab tests or imaging studies performed, or if you have been an inpatient in the Hospital, there  are medical bills that must be paid for the medical treatment that you or a family member have received. The Business Office at BGH is here to assist you in getting your medical bills paid in a timely manner.
Patients could be asked to pay their deductible and coinsurance at the time of service. We will bill the patient’s insurance and after receipt of correspondence/payment from the insurance company, we will bill the patient shortly thereafter for any balance due.  We will be more than happy to work with each patient if a balance is unable to be paid in full. The arrangements we make will need to be mutually acceptable between both parties.

BGH  offers  Charity and Indigent Programs which are based on annual income.  If patients need assistance paying for medical services they will need to make application and qualify in order to become eligible for Charity or Indigent funding programs.  Please contact a Business Office Representative for assistance.
Prompt Pay Discount
Patients can ask for prompt pay discounts for cash services at the time of service.
